Frameless Glass Balustrades

Made2Measure have an unrivalled choice of frameless glass balustrades. Our frameless glass balustrade systems are supplied as complete kits, with channel supplied to the nearest 2.5m or 5m length with an optional Made to Measure cutting service available, flex fit kits and fitting tools included. We calculate the correct glass size for you with our free CAD design service on all glass balustrades. Our experienced team are here to help to ensure you get the right glass balustrade for your requirements.

We offer a choice of two frameless glass balustrade channel systems, GLASSLOC and ONLEVEL. Both are available with or wothout a handrail.

GLASSLOC frameless channel glass balustrade passes BS 6180 with a 1.5kN rating. The maximum glass height for this system is 1120mm and the maximum individual glass panel width is 1200mm. The system can be manufactured to different heights for an additional charge. This is suitable for use internally and externally and 1.5kN rating covers all domestic use applications and most commercial applications. For high wind areas please select 1.5kN rating.

ONLEVEL 6020 frameless channel glass balustrade passes BS 6180 with a 1.5kN rating and this is suited for all domestic and most commercial applications, indoor and outdoor and high wind load areas. The maximum glass height for this system is 1200mm with no handrail and 1400mm with a handrail. The maximum individual glass panel width is 1500mm. The system can be manufactured to different heights for additional charge.

ONLEVEL 6021 fascia mounted glass balustrade passes BS 6180 with a 0.74kN rating. The maximum glass height for this system is 1150mm with no handrail and 1250mm with a handrail from floor datum. The maximum individual glass panel width is 1500mm. The system can be manufactured to different heights for additional charge. This is suitable for use internally and externally and 0.74kN rating covers all domestic use applications and light industrial use for limited commercial application. It is not suitable in a high wind load area.
