All our made to measure panels are manufactured in house on short lead times and accredited with CEN Solutions. From 8mm to 15mm toughened glass and 12mm to 31mm toughened laminate in a choice of clear, low iron, frosted  and tinted glass, Made2Measure will have the right glass for you.

If you are buying glass for a system purchased elsewhere all the details as to your glass specification are supplied by the supplier of the system. If you are buying glass for a bespoke system or repairing/ upgrading a system the information provided is guidance only and you must satisfy yourself the glass selection is fit for purpose as we accept no liability for purchasing the wrong glass specification.

Most balustrade systems with handrails use 10mm toughened glass. For structural systems a thicker glass such as 15mm toughened glass may be required or for frameless balustrade systems with no handrail, toughened laminated glass. The thickness required depends on the use, height of fall, wind load and kiloNewton rating required and for structural systems we recommend using a structural engineer.

Our panels are all made to measure and have a choice of shape, radius corners, cut outs and holes if required. All processed by ourselves and delivered direct.
